Young Women & Technology: Panda Innovation

As the Co- founder of Panda Innovation a social enterprise and sister organization to Her Initiative, Lydia is leveraging technology to unlock income-generating opportunities for young women in Tanzania and across East Africa. Through digital learning, localized mobility tools, and job linkages, Panda is equipping young women to soar in the digital economy. “Panda” means “soar” in Swahili—symbolizing the limitless potential of women when given the tools and trust to rise.
